PBS offers a wide range of panelized building solutions with the convenience of One-Stop Shopping, and all at one all-inclusive price with NO EXTRAS! We coordinate all window, door, and stair openings directly from your contractor’s shop drawings. We supply wall and floor panels, trusses and all loose lumber (footings, bracing, roof load and rough-in). We also provide complete installation services, with a large highly skilled team of professionals and all the equipment required to put the panels securely into place, including a wide range of cranes. The Engineered Home System from Redstone is a carefully thought out process, consisting of an easily handled 8’x9′ engineered panelized wall section (4″ or 6″). All the window and door openings are pre-constructed at the manufacturing facility.
We Build Custom
Controlled construction allowing us to use volume purchasing, warehousing and modern production techniques. These techniques allow you to move into your American Dream Home faster. Harvest Homes’ unique building system includes a prefabricated floor system, wall panels with windows and doors installed at the factory, as well as an engineered roof system. Included with every order is a boom truck delivery with an experienced operator, who will set these panels at your job site. Our prebuilt panelized wall panels and precut roof will drastically cut down the framing time on site. One of our panelized packages can be assembled in as little as 2 weeks.
As you research new home construction, you will come across systems-built construction methods as well as conventional on-site framing. With our panelized wall system, there is minimal to no cutting involved, which also cuts down on jobsite waste. We design each custom panelized home in our 3D CAD program, allowing us to plan out all aspects of the structure before arriving on site. By using our computerized drafting and manufacturing equipment, we can guarantee quality and accurate assemblies the first time. You receive the benefit of using an Independent Harvest Homes Builder. Our software application includes free site-friendly iPad/iPhone view application so you know the details of your job all the time. The typical panelized home kit can be assembled very quickly and within days. Panelized home is placed on flatbed trucks and delivered to your building site. The home components can be unloaded using a forklift, gooseneck forklift or small crane. Forklifts are most affordable and can also be used during the assembly processes.

Pacific Modern Homes has one of the best owner builder financing programs available in today’s market. It allows you, the owner builder, the flexibility to do as much of the work in building your new kit home as you desire. You also have the option to choose a general contractor to assemble and finish your home package on your building site.

All exterior and interior doors, insulation, and completion of the home is done at the job site by your local builder.
